In just 5 days of September, russia used more than 1,300 strike UAVs, almost 900 guided aerial bombs and up to half hundred missiles of various types against Ukraine.
This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a post on the official page of the Head of State on the social network Telegram.
According to Zelenskyy, during the incomplete first week of September, the enemy struck the Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Kherson, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Lviv Regions.
"Russia continues to drag out this war, trying to turn diplomacy into a frank farce. And there must be a joint reaction to this: to shelling and destruction, to ignoring diplomatic efforts and civilized dialogue.
We must strengthen sanctions pressure, supply weapons to Ukraine, and guarantee the impossibility of repeating such invasions in the future," the President of Ukraine emphasized.
