Defense Forces hit Ryazan refinery and several other russian facilities – General Staff

On the night of September 5, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, hit the Ryazan oil refinery. This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is reported that according to preliminary data, the ELOU-AVT-6 primary oil refining unit was hit, the estimated capacity of which is 6 million tons of oil per year.

"The Ryazan refinery with a design capacity of 17.1 million tons of oil per year is one of the four largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation. It produces gasoline of various brands, diesel, jet fuel, liquefied gases and other oil refining products. The facility is involved in providing the Russian occupation army," the General Staff said.

Also, units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted fire damage on the positions of two divisions of the S-400 Triumf air defense system in the Kaluga Oblast of the aggressor country of the russian federation. According to preliminary data, there was a hit on the command and staff vehicle and a control point.

In addition, units of the Security Service of Ukraine successfully attacked a warehouse of engineering ammunition and UAVs of the russian troops in the area of ​​the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk. The result - a secondary detonation occurred at the facility with a subsequent fire.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine hit a launcher of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex of the army of the aggressor country of russia.
