On September 3, 180 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked the most in the Pokrovsk (55 clashes) and Lyman (41) Axes.
This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Over the past day, the enemy carried out 4 missile and 63 air strikes, using 28 missiles and 118 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, the enemy carried out 5,088 shelling, including 25 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 6,104 kamikaze drones for strikes.
On September 3, 180 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.
Thus, in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk Axes, Ukrainian defenders repelled five russian attacks.
The enemy carried out 8 air strikes here using 24 guided aerial bombs and carried out 252 artillery shelling, including three with MLRS.
In the South-Slobozhansk Axis, Ukrainian troops stopped 11 attacks by the invaders in the area of the settlement of Vovchansk and towards Kutkivka.
In the Kupyansk Axis, six attacks by the invaders took place in the area of the settlement of Zahryzove and towards Kupyansk and Petropavlivka.
In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 41 times, trying to penetrate the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Ridkodub, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Torske, Serebrianka and in the direction of Novyi Myr, Shandryholove, Drobysheve, Yampol, Dronivka and Siversk.
In the Siversk Axis, the Defense Forces repelled eight enemy attacks near Hryhorivka and in the direction of Serebrianka, Vyimka.
Seven combat clashes occurred in the Kramatorsk Axis.
The russians tried to advance in the direction of Pazeno and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out 10 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Dyliyivka, Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka and in the direction of Pleshchiyivka and Poltavka.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, Ukrainian defenders stopped 55 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Zapovedne, Zatyshok, Fedorivka, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove and in the direction of the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Promin, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Molodetske and Filiya.
In the Novopavlivsk Axis, the enemy carried out 18 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Yalta, Zelenyi Hai, Tolstoy, Voskresenko, Komyshuvakha and in the direction of Ivanivka, Novomykhaylivka.
In the Orikhiv Axis, the enemy made two attempts to break through the defense of Ukrainian defenders in the direction of the settlements of Novodanylivka and Plavni.
In the Prydniprovsk Axis, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully stopped an enemy attack in the direction of Antonivka.
In the Huliaipole Axis, the russians did not conduct offensive actions.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck five areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and three artillery pieces of the occupiers.
The total losses of the russian invaders on September 3 amounted to 840 people.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 2, 166 combat clashes took place at the front, the largest number of which was in the Pokrovsk (39 clashes) and Novopavlivsk (28) Axes.
