In August, according to results of auctions, amount of assets of banks in liquidation sold by DGF amounted to UAH 12.9 million

During August 2025, 259 auctions were announced for the sale of assets of banks being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF).

This was stated in the fund's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

7 auctions for the sale of assets of six banks for a total amount of over UAH 12.9 million were successful.

85.2% of this amount (UAH 11 million) was secured through the sale of real estate. The rest was made up of the sale of loans to legal entities (UAH 1.8 million) and fixed assets (almost UAH 0.2 million).

Statistics of successful auctions by month by banks:

JSC Cominvestbank – UAH 12.7 million;

JSC Ukrbudinvestbank - over UAH 0.1 million;

PJSC Prominvestbank – UAH 0.1 million;

To date, based on the results of successful auctions in August, payment for four lots in the amount of UAH 7.5 million has been received.

Funds for five lots in the amount of about UAH 5.4 million are still awaited.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the funds received from the sale of assets are directed to settlements with creditors of banks being liquidated.

Auctions for the sale of assets are held in the electronic system Prozorro.Sales. Anyone can participate in the auction, except for borrowers and guarantors of the loan put up for auction, as well as the russian federation or persons associated with the aggressor state. The winner of the auction is the participant who offers the highest price for the lot.
