Russians attack Chornomorsk in Odesa Region with strike drones. 1 person injured, energy infrastructure damage

On the night of Sunday, August 31, the military of the aggressor country russia massively attacked the Odesa Region with strike drones. The occupiers damaged an energy infrastructure facility, one person was injured. The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, announced this on his Telegram channel.

Thus, Kiper stated that the city of Chornomorsk and its surroundings suffered the most as a result of the night attack.

"As a result of the strike, there is damage to the energy infrastructure. Currently, more than 29,000 subscribers are without electricity. Restoration work has already begun. Critical infrastructure is powered by generators," the head of the Regional Military Administration said.

Also, according to him, the attack damaged private homes and administrative buildings. Fires broke out in some places, which were quickly extinguished by rescuers. One person is known to have been injured.

"All authorized services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack. Law enforcement officers are documenting another crime by Russians against the civilian population of the Odesa Region," the head of the Regional Military Administration noted.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, russian occupiers attacked the Odesa Region on the night of August 8, the building of the sewage pumping station was damaged, and one person was injured as a result of the attack.
