One person was killed and six more were injured in the Donetsk Region during the day due to shelling by the russian occupation army.
The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin has reported this on Telegram.
According to him, yesterday, August 25, the invaders opened fire 20 times on settlements in the Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk Districts.
In the Bakhmut District, the invaders shelled Siversk. Six houses were damaged.
In the Kramatorsk District, explosions thundered in the settlements of Yampil, Novodonetske and Kostiantynivka. Damage was recorded to 21 residential buildings, two administrative buildings, a bank and an enterprise.
In the Pokrovsk District, Dobropillia and Sviatohorivka came under fire. Two residential buildings and an administrative building were damaged.
As a result of russian shelling in Yampil, one person was killed. Six more were wounded and injured: 4 in Yampil, one in Kostiantynivka and one in Iverske.
In total, 3,434 civilians have been killed due to hostilities in the Donetsk Region since the start of the full-scale invasion. Almost 7,900 more civilians have been killed injured.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 22, Donetskoblgaz announced that the front-line Kostiantynivka was left without centralized gas supply due to shelling by the occupiers.
As we will recall, on August 11, the head of the Chasiv Yar City Military Administration, Serhii Chaus, announced the loss of contact with the residents of Chasiv Yar. It is unknown how many of them remain alive.
