The russian occupation army has advanced in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk Regions, capturing two settlements and occupying a number of positions near three more.

According to OSINT analysts, the invaders have advanced in the Toretsk and Novopavlivske directions.
In the Toretsk direction, russian troops have captured a number of positions in the areas of the settlements of Bila Hora and Oleksandro-Shultyne.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy has advanced near the settlement of Shevchenko in the Donetsk Region, and has also occupied the villages of Novoheorhiivka and Zaporizke in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

At the time of publication, the Ukrainian Defense Forces did not confirm or deny this information.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 24, the Dnipro operational-strategic group of troops stated that in the Dobropillia area of the Donetsk Region, Ukrainian military forces surrounded occupiers.
Also on August 24, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces liberated three settlements in the north and west of the Donetsk Region.
