On the morning of August 23, it became known that a fire at an American civilian enterprise in Mukachevo was extinguished after russian shelling.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU).
As reported the day before, 7,000 sq. m. burned after the russian missile strikes.
Currently, emergency and rescue units are carrying out final work, removing rubble and pouring structures to prevent re-ignition.
13 rescuers and 4 pieces of equipment have been involved in extinguishing the fire.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of August 21, the russians launched a missile strike on the city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia Region. They hit a civilian enterprise - the American Flex plant. It was reported that 19 people were injured.
