The building of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was decorated with Ukrainian flags and illuminated in blue and yellow colors on the occasion of the state holidays in Ukraine.
The Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported this on its page on the social network X.
The Latvian Foreign Ministry noted that Ukrainian flags and blue and yellow illumination were installed on its building on the occasion of the State Flag Day of Ukraine on August 23 and Independence Day on August 24.
"We wish our friends in Ukraine strength and endurance!" the message says.
Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže also shared a photo of her department with Ukrainian flags and blue-and-yellow lighting on the X.
"In honor of Ukrainian Flag Day today and Independence Day tomorrow, the building of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is illuminated in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. #StandWithUkraine," she wrote.
