Russian military personnel losses on August 22 increased by 840 to 1,075,160 people, and Ukrainian defenders destroyed 5 tanks, 4 armored combat vehicles, 23 artillery systems and 148 drones over the past day.
This was stated in a message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Thus, the enemy lost 5 tanks (total - 11,129), 4 armored combat vehicles (total - 23,164), 23 artillery systems (total - 31,858), 86 units of automotive equipment and tankers (total - 59,512) and 148 drones (total - 52,935) per day.
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 1,472 units of rocket artillery, 1,210 air defense systems, 3,944 units of special equipment, 3,598 cruise missiles,
422 aircraft, 340 helicopters, 28 ships/boats and 1 submarine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russian troops on August 21 increased by 790 personnel to 1,074,320, and equipment losses increased by 46 artillery systems and 318 UAVs.
