The self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko claims that the russian dictator vladimir putin refused the offer to strike the Office of the President of Ukraine with a missile.
Lukashenko stated this during a conversation with journalists, writes the Telegram channel "Pul Pervogo".
According to Lukashenko, putin was offered to use the Oreshnik ballistic missile to strike the center of Kyiv. The target was supposedly the building of the Office of the President.
Lukashenko claims that in response to this offer putin replied "No way".
When this happened and who exactly suggested the russian dictator to strike the Bankova Street [President's Office - ed.] , the self-proclaimed President of Belarus did not specify.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in May of this year, the head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that Ukrainians would definitely be warned if the russians decided to launch the Oreshnik.
We will remind, the day before, Belarus announced that the russian and Belarusian military would practice the use of the Oreshnik complex during the Zapad-2025 exercises.
