The Ukrainian Navy destroyed up to 5 reconnaissance drones Forpost (Mohajer-6) in the russian-occupied Crimea, which were located at the UAV base at the Khersones airfield in the city of Sevastopol. This was reported by the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram.
"The forces and means of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed base of the UAVs Forpost (Mohajer-6) at the Khersones airfield in the city of Sevastopol in temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result of the strike, up to three UAVs Mohajer-6 and two UAVs Forpost, which were used by the enemy to cover the surface situation in the Black Sea, were hit," the Navy said in a statement.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 20, in the Black Sea near the temporarily occupied Iron Port of the Kherson Region, reconnaissance officers destroyed a boat of the russian occupiers with an air-based missile.
Also, on August 16, in the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Region, as a result of an operation by the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, an ammunition depot was destroyed, as well as russian invaders, whom the aggressor state had transferred to the Zaporizhzhia front.
The Ukrainian Navy also previously reported that in the occupied Crimea, the russians are redeploying various ships and vessels every day to avoid possible attacks from the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
