Today, August 20, Austrian Foreign Minister Beate Meinl-Reisinger arrived in Odesa for a visit.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha reported this on the social network X.
"Today, I am pleased to welcome my dear Austrian colleague Beate Meinl-Reisinger to Odesa on her third visit to Ukraine since she took office in March. I greatly value Beate's personal commitment, which complements the intense dynamics of Ukrainian-Austrian relations. We are building on President Zelenskyy's visit to Vienna in mid-June," the message says.

"We began our meeting by commemorating Ukraine's fallen defenders of Europe. We owe our freedom to their courage," the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, at the end of July, Meinl-Reisinger stated that the aggressor country russia does not want peace, which is why it is waging war against Ukraine with brutal intensity and incurring enormous costs.
