After vladimir putin got off his plane, Donald Trump didn't just shake his hand on the red carpet and drive him around in his limousine. The russian leader was also shown, both unobtrusively and deliberately, the most advanced US Air Force assets, including those that recently struck underground bunkers in Iran.
After Trump and putin greeted each other at Alaska's Elmendorf-Richardson Air Force Base, five bombers flew overhead. And in footage posted on social media by an aide to the US President, the limousine in which Trump and putin boarded can be seen driving past military aircraft and helicopters lined up.

Four F-35s from Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska and a B-2 stealth bomber from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri flew over the airfield, a US official with knowledge of the preparations for the mini-parade told CBS News.
The B-2s were deployed to bomb underground nuclear facilities in Iran in June. They flew there from a base in Missouri to carry out what the US military described as the "largest B-2 operational strike in U.S. history."
Putin was visibly surprised when five planes flew over him, leading Australian news site news.com.au reported. It also cited comments from social media users who called the "demonstration of superiority" and military power "brilliant."
