As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the prosecution, in 2023, at that time, the head of the State Judicial Administration Salnikov received USD 7,500 from an individual. He was supposed to keep part of these funds for himself, and USD 5,000 was supposed to be transferred to the judges of the Supreme Court for making a decision in the interests of a commercial enterprise. In the future, the head of the State Judicial Administration promised to assist in making a decision by the judges of the Supreme Court, in particular by involving its former head Vsevolod Kniazev. However, after Kniazev was exposed for receiving an illegal benefit, Salnikov's behavior changed dramatically and he began to evade resolving the issue, but without intending to return the illegal benefit he had received. The Head of the Judicial Administration Salnikov was served with suspicion of bribery and fraud, and he faced up to 10 years in prison. Earlier, NABU detained the Head of the State Judicial Administration Salnikov on suspicion of bribery.
