Boy who was constantly under supervision of russian military was returned from occupation

A teenager whose father and brother live in the territory controlled by Ukraine was returned from the russian occupation. The head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, announced this on his Telegram channel on Thursday, August 14.

The boy spent most of his life in the occupation, where he was under the constant supervision of russian military, Yermak noted.

"Any careless word or deed could lead to serious consequences for him or his mother. There was special pressure because his father and brother live in the territory controlled by Ukraine - it was forbidden to even mention it," the head of the the President's Office wrote.

The boy asked for help to return to the territory controlled by Ukraine and is already with his relatives.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 13, a group of Ukrainian children were returned from the russian occupation to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
