On August 12, the State Property Fund (SPF) sold unified property complex of the state enterprise "Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Center of the Metallurgical Industry "Energostal" in Kharkiv at an online privatization auction.
This is stated in the fund's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The message states that the auction was held in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.
According to Prozorro.Sales, the winner was Kharkiv LLC "Sanders Loft", the beneficiary of which is Alik Khechoyan.
This enterprise, with a starting price of UAH 10.47 million, offered UAH 600 million.
The same offer was made by another Kharkiv company - "DAS 2015", but it was made a few minutes later.
It is noted that 7 participants competed in the auction for the lot, which led to an increase in the value in 57.3 times: from the starting price - UAH 10.47 million, to the winning price - UAH 600 million.
The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 120 million, so the total economic effect may exceed UAH 720 million.
After full payment for the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive ownership of the privatization object, which includes:
- 68 units of real estate and infrastructure (administrative, production, warehouse buildings, garages, water supply networks, power transmission, gas pipeline).
- 50,000 sq m - total area of buildings and structures.
- 10 vehicles.
- 379 units of movable property (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of June 30, 2025, the State Property Fund attracted a record UAH 5,176.59 million.
