On the evening of August 10, russian occupiers dropped two aerial bombs on the city of Zaporizhzhia, partially destroying the bus station building as a result of the attack, injuring 20 people.
The National Police, the Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, and the State Emergency Service announced this on Telegram, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The police said that at 5:50 p.m. the russians dropped two aerial bombs (the type is being specified) on two districts of the regional center.
They hit the city bus station building and a private medical clinic nearby.
"As of 7:50 p.m., 19 wounded are known. As a result of the occupiers' airstrike, the bus station building, the territory of the gas station, nearby buildings and vehicles were partially destroyed," the report says.
Fedorov specified that 20 people sought medical help.
The injured were people who were near the bus station when the enemy struck it.
Currently, four victims remain in hospitals, one of them is in serious condition.
The State Emergency Service noted that emergency rescue operations at the site of the shelling were completed at around 10 p.m.
Rescuers unblocked one person from under the rubble of destroyed structures.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 15 citizens.
A dog team, 44 rescuers and 15 pieces of equipment were involved in the emergency search and rescue operations.

Two men and a woman were killed on August 10, as a result of the detonation of explosive devices on the beaches of the Odesa Region.
