Unexploded aerial bomb found in Kharkiv Region during agricultural work

An unexploded aerial bomb was found in the Kharkiv Region during agricultural work. The Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response reported this on Facebook.

"Conducting agricultural work under martial law requires special attention to safety. Near Kupyansk, while cutting grass, farmers discovered an unexploded aerial bomb, which they immediately notified emergency services. The pyrotechnics department sappers immediately went to the site of the dangerous find, who removed the aerial bomb from the dangerous area and destroyed it at a special demolition site," the demining center said.

The center also reminds that if suspicious objects are discovered, it is forbidden to approach them, and you should not touch such objects and immediately call 101, 102 or 112.

Recall that in June, the russian federation attacked rescuers during demining in the Kharkiv Region: a pyrotechnician was killed as a result of the attack, and two more were injured.

During January-June 2025, specialists from the Ministry of Defense cleared 41,243 hectares of territories, liberated from russian occupation, from explosive objects.
