Russian military killed over 13,500 Ukrainians - Ombudsman Lubinets

The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, reacted to the hit of a russian drone into a minibus near Kherson, which killed two people and injured 16 more passengers, as well as to the attack by a drone on a car in the Zaporizhzhia Region, in which two people were kiled.

Ukrainian News Agency reported on this invaders' attack earlier.

On his page in the Telegram channel, Ombudsman Lubinets noted that the russians are systematically and deliberately striking Ukrainian civilians with various weapons. The Ombudsman indicated that according to the data of the UN Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, the occupiers have killed 13,580 civilians since the beginning of the full-scale war. He emphasized that these figures are not final.

Lubinets called the killing of civilians a grave crime prohibited by the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law. He stressed that the aggressor country must bear the strictest responsibility for the crimes against humanity committed.
