The State Oschadbank put up for sale through the OpenMarket e-trading system (SE "SETAM" of the Ministry of Justice) the Ramada hotel and the Europa business center in Kyiv.
This is announced in the bank's statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
An administrative and hotel center with a total area of 39,590 sq. m with a two-level parking lot with an area of 17,500 sq. m, which is a 22-story "four-star" hotel under the Ramada Encore brand and the Europa business center, has been put up for auction under financial leasing terms.
The hotel is designed for 332 rooms and 58 apartments.
The hotel's infrastructure includes a conference center with a total area of over 4,000 sq. m for 20 conference rooms, a two-level parking lot, fitness centers, and restaurants.
The property is located at the intersection of three major highways in the direction of the elite settlements of the Obukhiv district and Koncha-Zaspa, therefore it is provided with good traffic and passability (location address: Kyiv, 103, Stolychne Highway).
Auction conditions:
- the cost of the financial leasing object is UAH 797,727,551.00;
- during the auction (auction), its participants submit their price offers for the first leasing payment, and the winner is the participant from whom the highest price offer for the first leasing payment amount was received at the time of the end of the electronic auction;
- the step of the electronic auction (auction) is the amount by which the initial sale price of the lot is increased - the first leasing payment and each subsequent lot price - UAH 1,000,000.00;
- term of financial leasing (term for which the financial leasing object is transferred to the lessee) – 120 months from the date of conclusion of the financial leasing agreement;
- procedure for making the second and subsequent leasing payments – according to the schedule specified in the lot (section "Investments");
- remuneration to the lessor – 8.59% per annum. The remuneration to the lessor is calculated on the amount of the actual balance of the debt for reimbursement of the cost of the financial leasing object;
- guarantee deposit – UAH 10,000,000.00.
