On Wednesday morning, the russian occupation army struck with aerial bombs on the territory of a recreation center in one of the settlements of the Zaporizhzhia District of the Zaporizhzhia Region, as a result of the shelling, two people were killed and 12 were injured, among the injured were two children.
This is stated in a message of the State Emergency Service (SESU), the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that on August 6, between 5:55 a.m. and 6:10 a.m., the enemy dropped aerial bombs on the territory of a recreation center in one of the settlements of the Zaporizhzhia District.

"According to preliminary data, 2 people were killed, 12 people were injured, among them - according to confirmed information - at least 2 children. The number of injured is being specified," the message says.

Rescuers transported the injured and handed them over to doctors.
In addition, they evacuated vacationers from danger zones.
Currently, emergency workers are extinguishing the fire of a farm building, cars and five fire zones in an open area.

In turn, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported on his Telegram channel that nine people were hospitalized.
According to him, six hospitalized adults are currently undergoing surgery.
"They have severe mine-explosive injuries. Doctors are doing everything possible to save their lives," he stressed.
One injured child is also in serious condition.
Another child is in moderate condition.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the russians tonight dealt a deliberate blow to Ukraine's preparation for the heating season.
