The russian occupation army shelled 7 settlements in the Donetsk Region in the past day, August 3, as a result of which 24 civilian objects were damaged, two people were killed and 5 were wounded.
The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Donetsk Region announced this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that during the day, the Donetsk Region police recorded 2,325 attacks on the front line and residential sector.
7 settlements were under enemy fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Sloviansk, and the village of Rubizhne.
24 civilian objects were damaged, including 15 residential buildings.
Two people were killed – in Dobropillia and Kostiantynivka, 5 were injured.
Thus, the russians dropped a KAB-250 bomb on Dobropillia – killing one person, injuring another, and damaging three private homes.
One person was killed – in Kostiantynivka, which russia shelled with artillery. An apartment building was damaged.
In Pokrovsk, a civilian was injured as a result of an FPV drone hit. Another person was injured– in Rubizhne, Pokrovsk District, where the occupiers dropped a KAB-250 aerial bomb, and 6 private homes were destroyed. In Rodynske, 2 private homes were damaged.
Russian troops struck Lyman with drones and artillery – injuring one person, damaging three households.
Sloviansk was subjected to an enemy attack with Tornado-S MLRS – there is destruction on the territory of the enterprise.
The police and the SSU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code.
653 people were evacuated from the front line over the day, including 23 children.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 1, the russians shelled 18 settlements in the Donetsk Region, damaging 43 civilian objects, killing two people and wounding 9.
On August 3, 183 combat clashes took place on the front, the hottest areas were Pokrovsk (49 clashes), Lyman (29), and Novopavlivka (22).
