The army of the aggressor country, russia, is sending additional units to the Orikhiv axis in order to establish full control over the settlement of Kamianske.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, made the relevant statement during a telethon.
According to him, the occupiers are engaged in daily clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the occupiers on the territory of Kamianske.
The russians are trying to establish full control over the settlement. Their statements about the alleged complete capture of the settlement do not correspond to reality.
"There are units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the territory of the settlement <...> Our military is doing everything to push the enemy out of the settlement," Fedorov said.
The head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized that it is difficult to push out the occupiers, since additional units of the russian army are constantly being transferred to this section of the front.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 1, analysts from the Ukrainian DeepState project stated that the occupiers' army had advanced in the area of the village of Kamianske.
