The invaders continue to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders. In total, 50 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of the day.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Border settlements suffered from shelling from the territory of the russian federation, in particular Zarichchia, Karpovychi, Kliusy, Leonivka in the Chernihiv Region; Prohres, Oleksandrivka, Riasne, Kucherivka, Khodyne, Tovstodubove, Studenok, Ulanove, Pokrovka in the Sumy Region; Lemishchyne in the Kharkiv Region.
On the North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, Ukrainian defenders repelled five russian attacks. The enemy has launched seven air strikes since the beginning of the day, dropping a total of ten guided bombs and carrying out 126 artillery shelling.
On the South-Slobozhanshchyna axis, Ukrainian soldiers stopped three enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamianka and Krasne Pershe, two more clashes are ongoing.
On the Kupiansk axis, the aggressor carried out three assault operations in the areas of the settlements of Kupiansk, Stepova Novoselivka and Zahryzove, one clash is still ongoing.
On the Lyman axis, the invading army attacked eleven times near the settlements of Karpivka, Hryhorivka and towards the settlements of Cherneshchyna, Serednie, Shandryholove. Six clashes are ongoing.
On the Kramatorsk axis, the occupiers made one unsuccessful attempt to advance towards the settlement of Novomarkove.
On the Toretsk axis, in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka and in the direction of Ivanopillia, our soldiers stopped four enemy offensive actions, and one more battle is ongoing.
On the Pokrovsk axis, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have made 14 attempts to push our defenders from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Novoekonomichne, Sukhetske, Rodynske, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Udachne, Zelenyi Kut, Novoukrainka. The defense forces are holding back the enemy's onslaught and have already stopped thirteen attacks.
Today, on the Novopavlivka axis, the enemy attacked six times in the areas of the settlements of Maliivka, Voskresenka, Novopil and in the direction of the settlement of Filiia. Three battle clashes are still ongoing.
On the Huliaipole axis, the enemy launched an air strike in the area of the settlement of Bilohiria.
On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy dropped an aerial bomb in the area of Novoandriivka.
On the Dnieper axis, Lvove was subjected to an airstrike.
On other axes of the front, the situation did not undergo significant changes.
