From now on, men who have reached the age of 25 will no longer need to appear at the territorial recruitment and social support centers to change their status from a conscript to a person liable for military service; they will be automatically put on a military register. This is stated in a message of the Ministry of Defense on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"From now on, men who have reached the age of 25 will no longer need to appear at territorial recruitment and social support centers to change their status from a conscript to a person liable for military service. Within 30 days, data will be automatically entered into the Unified State Register, and such men will be assigned the primary rank of "reserve soldier (sailor)," the message says.

In addition, educational institutions will submit to territorial recruitment and social support centers lists of women with a medical or pharmaceutical specialty within 7 days after graduation, previously this was done 2 months before graduation.

The Ministry of Defense reports that the Cabinet of Ministers has streamlined and detailed certain procedures for military registration and conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization. In particular, the adopted document establishes:

automatic registration of women with medical education without their personal presence;

sending summonses by registered mail with a description of the attachment and notification of delivery to address of residence;

assigning the military rank of "reserve soldier (sailor)" simultaneously with the acceptance into military registration of persons who have reached the age of 25 and have not undergone military service or basic combined arms training, without their summoning to territorial recruitment and social support centers;

forming name lists using the Oberih system to organize the dispatch of commands during conscription into military service.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has changed the procedure for taking women with medical or pharmaceutical education into military registration; from now on, they will be enrolled automatically - without the need for personal presence.
