Soldiers of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) in the North-Slobozhansk Axis conducted an operation, as a result of which they seized positions and destroyed 7 russian invaders.
This was reported by the SOF Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Operators of the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center, in cooperation with their colleagues from the 144th SOF Center, approached the position occupied by the enemy. The enemy soldiers were offered several times to surrender and save their lives. However, they refused," the report says.
The SOF Command said that after that the combined group quickly and harmoniously carried out a raid on the positions. The enemy tried to resist, but was destroyed, and his documents and weapons ended up in the hands of Ukrainian soldiers.
At the same time, while working on the positions, they tried to destroy the group with powerful mortar fire. As a result, one soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was wounded - he received proper medical care, there are no threats to his life.
"The success of this operation was influenced by careful planning, as well as clear interaction and coordinated work of all soldiers who took part in it," the SOF emphasized.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine published footage of a successful operation in the rear of russian troops, during which they destroyed enemy manpower and captured one occupier.
