Footballer of the Ukrainian national team and London's Arsenal Oleksandr Zinchenko has put up for sale his INCH restaurant, which operated in the center of Kyiv. The announcement was published by the Keys Real Estate agency on its Instagram page.
According to realtors, the establishment is valued at USD 2.5 million (approximately UAH 104 million). The reasons for the sale have not yet been officially commented on. But it is worth noting that Oleksandr and his wife, journalist Vlada Sedan, decided to close the restaurant business less than a year after opening. The INCH restaurant opened in June 2024, but in July 2025 it became known about its closure.

While Kyiv is looking for a buyer for its luxury real estate, Zinchenko is preparing for the new season in the Premier League. Last year, he played 23 matches for Arsenal, scoring one goal and one assist. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
As previously reported, Oleksandr Zinchenko, as a football player, lost EUR 3 million in value last year.
