The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, took part in a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff and reported on the situation at the front.

Oleksandr Syrskyi noted that the hottest Axes are Pokrovsk, Novopavlivsk, North-Slobozhansk, Dobropillia, Lyman.
"Our soldiers are courageously holding back the onslaught and destroying the occupiers. For the attempted "summer offensive", the russian federation is paying the maximum price - about a thousand killed and maimed russian soldiers every day," he said.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanked the Ukrainian defenders for their resilience, courage and professionalism in the most difficult circumstances.
According to him, the issues of strengthening the resilience of the defense were discussed at the Staff, in particular, the direction of unmanned systems and interceptor drones.
"Our operations on the territory of the aggressor country continue. The army needs more UAVs to preserve the lives of our servicemen, the lives of our civilians in the rear. We are maintaining unity, working for Victory," he summed up.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Syrskyi does not intend to resign, despite the fact that he will soon turn 60.
