Russia plans to spend about USD 1.1 trillion on rearmament by 2036 – Budanov

The aggressor country russia plans to spend about USD 1.1 trillion on rearmament by 2036. This is the largest arms program of the russian federation since the collapse of the USSR.

The head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, has stated this, the press service of the department writes.

"A total mobilization of politics, economy and society of the russian federation is taking place to prepare for a future large-scale war," said Budanov.

According to him, within the framework of the military reform in the russian federation, two new military districts have already been created - moscow and leningrad, and the formation of new divisions, formations and military units is also planned.

"russia seeks to destroy the current security and economic order. To do this, moscow is increasing its presence in Africa, primarily using its proxy forces: the wagner PMC and the african corps, as well as supporting authoritarian regimes and terrorist organizations around the world," the head of the Defense Intelligence said.

The russians are also trying to conduct hybrid information and cyber operations on the territory of other states, and through controlled media and opinion leaders they interfere in the civilized democratic process.

"moscow aims to impose on countries its own vision of the future world order, where the "big" states, primarily the russian federation, have full power, a monopoly on all critical resources and decide the fate of the world in a closed circle," Budanov stressed.

Recall that earlier Budanov revealed to Keith Kellogg russia's plans for an armed conflict with NATO.
