On the night of July 20, the aggressor state of russia launched 57 drones into the territory of Ukraine. Air defense shot down 18 drones, another 7 were lost in location. 32 UAVs hit 10 locations.

From 08:00 pm on July 19 and during the night of July 20, the russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 57 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions: Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - russia.
In particular, Zaporizhzhia and front-line territories of the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk Regions were attacked.
Previously, as of 09:00 am, air defense systems shot down 18 drones in the north and east of the country. In addition, 7 UAVs were lost/suppressed by electronic warfare.
At the same time, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 32 UAVs were hit 10 locations, and downed (fragments) fell in 6 locations.
"The enemy attack continues - a new wave of Shaheds is coming from the north-east," the department added.
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that as a result of a night enemy attack in the Zaporizhzhia district, seven private houses were damaged by a blast wave. Their doors were broken, the glass in the windows was broken, and the roof was pierced. The woman who was injured in the attack refused to be hospitalized.
The State Emergency Service reported that a 78-year-old woman was killed in the Sumy Region due to a russian drone attack. Three residential buildings and several outbuildings burned down in the attacked village.
In addition, rescuers could not promptly begin to eliminate the consequences, as the russians launched a second strike on the place where they were supposed to work.
