The director of Nova Poshta, Oleksandr Bulba, is resigning after 10 years of work.
This is announced in the company's statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"In 2025, the ten-year period of cooperation between Nova Poshta and Oleksandr Bulba, the CEO, under whose leadership the company achieved the most ambitious results, will end," the statement said.
It is noted that over 10 years, Nova Poshta has increased its annual volume of deliveries from 93 million to 500 million (according to the plan for the end of 2025).
By the end of this year, the company's network will cover 50,000 service points across the country - 25 times more than at the beginning of cooperation with Oleksandr.
The company has taken first place in Europe in the number of post offices in one country, served by one operator.
Parcels in Ukraine are consistently delivered in less than 24 hours, and the international direction demonstrates confident growth.
The message says that during a full-scale war, the company not only remained stable, but also continued to develop, introduce new services and support the country's economy.
Oleksandr Bulba has been recognized as one of the most effective leaders in Ukraine for many years in a row.
"At the same time, any success has its price, and even the most successful projects require a fresh look. That is why the co-owners of the company, together with Oleksandr, made a joint decision: 2025 will be the final year of his tenure as CEO of Nova Poshta," the company notes.
Until the end of the year, Bulba will continue to lead the company, focusing on implementing the approved development strategy.
On December 31, 2025, Nova Poshta will receive a new CEO.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Nova Poshta delivered 480 million parcels and cargo in 2024, which is 16%, or 68 million more than in 2023.
The network of Nova Poshta branches and post offices in Ukraine increased by more than 10,000 units in 2024 to 37,210 service points.
Nova Poshta is an operator in the express delivery market of postal items, established in 2001.
The owners of the company are Vyacheslav Klymov and Volodymyr Popereshniuk.
