In the 2024/25 marketing year, Ukraine reduced flour exports by 27.2% to 71,300 tons compared to the previous season (previous season 97,900 tons).
This is stated in a message of the Flour Mills of Ukraine union, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The message states that during the 2024/25 marketing year, Ukrainian producers reduced wheat flour exports by 27.9% to 66,700 tons (previous season 92,500 tons).
About 46% of exports in the 2024/25 season were made to EU countries.
The TOP-5 importing countries of Ukrainian flour included Moldova (20,300 tons), the Czech Republic (15,300 tons), Palestine (10,800 tons), France (3,000 tons), Spain (2,900 tons).

Exports of other types of flour in the 2024/25 season decreased by 14.8% to 4,600 tons (in 2023/24 MY – 5,400 tons).
The share of EU countries in terms of export volumes was 14% (27% in 2023/24 MY).
The TOP-5 countries to which other types of flour were supplied in 2024/25 MY were Moldova (3,200 thousand tons), Israel (500 tons), Croatia (200 tons), Bulgaria and Spain (100 tons each).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2024, the price of a ton of Ukrainian agricultural exports was USD 315, and in April 2025 it increased to USD 443.
