Aggressor country russia and Belarus intend to create a neural network within the framework of the so-called "union state". Artificial intelligence will be based on "traditional values" understandable to the residents of both countries.
The State Secretary of the "union state" Sergei Glazyev stated this today, July 11, as quoted by BelTA.
According to him, russian and Belarusian youth use mainly foreign neural networks - American and Chinese.
Glazyev said that recently one of the Western neural networks allegedly showed examples of "racism, Nazism and glorification of fascism".
He said that the "union state" was tasked with developing its own neural network. It must be built based on traditional values.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the day before, the russian Orthodox Church called for holding russian citizens accountable for celebrating Ivan Kupala, which allegedly undermines the foundations of the state system.
