Traffic in Kyiv changed due to night shelling: list of routes and closed streets

As a result of the night attack on Kyiv, the contact network was damaged in several areas, there were delays and changes in the movement of public transport, and a number of streets were closed.

According to the Kyiv City State Administration, as of this morning:

• On the section from the Beresteiska metro station in the direction of Chornobylska Street, the contact network was damaged. Trolleybuses Nos. 4, 5, 7 run only to the Nyvky metro station.
• On Sichovykh Striltsiv St., at the intersection with Viacheslava Chornovola St., the network was damaged. Trolleybuses Nos. 6, 18, 33 run to the Pochaina metro station, trolleybus No. 16 - to Oranzhereina St.. The movement of trolleybuses Nos. 19, 35 is organized along the Oleny Telihy Street, Vadyma Hetmana St., Chokolivs'kyi Boulevard — further on their own routes.
• A truck was damaged on Akademika Zabolotnoho St., 142. Trolleybus No. 11 runs only to the Cybernetic Center.

Delays are also recorded:

• near the Lukianivska metro station (trolleybuses Nos. 23, 28, 31) — traffic is blocked by police;
• on Mykoly Vasylenka St. in the direction of Vidradne Ave. — contact network is damaged, delay of tram No. 15.

In addition, traffic is blocked in the capital:

🔹 Volnovaska St. (from the intersection with Vatslava Havelia Boulevard);

🔹 Kozeletska St. (from the intersection with Mykoly Vasylenka St.);

🔹 Sichovykh Striltsiv St. (from the intersection with Studentska Street to the intersection with Mykoly Pymonenka St.);

🔹 Yuriia Illienka St. (from the intersection with Dehtiarivska St. to the intersection with Mytrofan Dovnar-Zapolsky Street);

🔹 Oleksy Tykhyho St. (from the intersection with Chuhuyivskyi Lane to the intersection with Hrushetska St.).

The city authorities urge residents and guests of the capital to plan their routes in advance and follow the updates.

As a reminder, Kyiv was subjected to a massive attack by the russian federation: 2 people were killed, 16 more were injured.

Meanwhile, on the night of July 10, russian occupiers attacked the Kyiv Region for 10 hours using drones and missiles. The consequences were recorded in 4 districts, including one injured person.
