NBU fines Yaroslavskyi's insurer for almost UAH 2 million

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has fined the insurance company INGO for almost UAH 2 million.

This is stated in the NBU report, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The NBU has applied a measure of influence to IC INGO (EDRPOU 16285602) for violation of the legislation on the protection of financial services consumers.

The Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets adopted this decision on July 7, 2025 based on the results of a scheduled inspection carried out by the Inspection Department of the National Bank.

JSC IC INGO was applied a measure of influence in the form of a fine of UAH 1.819 million for violations of the legislation on the protection of financial services consumers identified during the inspection.

JSC IC INGO is obliged to pay the fine within a month from the date of entry into force of this decision.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early November 2017, businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi became the ultimate beneficial owner of the insurance company INGO.
