Night attack by Shaheds in Kyiv damages heating network, hundreds of houses without hot water

In Kyiv today, on the night of July 7, as a result of an enemy attack, a heating main with a diameter of 1 meter was damaged, about 500 buildings were left without hot water supply. It was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

It is reported that among the disconnected are both residential buildings and social institutions - schools, medical institutions, as well as departmental facilities; and window structures at one of the energy facilities were also damaged by UAV debris.

Also, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reports that the heating main was damaged by russian drone debris.

"Also, as a result of being hit by UAV debris, a large-diameter heating main was damaged. Utilities are already working to eliminate the accident," the message says.

Specialists from Kyivteploenergo are currently working on eliminating the damage.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of July 7, the aggressor state russia carried out an air attack on Kyiv. Drone debris was recorded falling in three districts of the capital - a heating main, administrative and office buildings, and a car wash were damaged.

On July 6, Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said that a tank with fuel and lubricants exploded in the hangar of a commercial enterprise near CHPP-6 in the capital.
