In June 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 76.7 billion (124% of the previous month's level), or 79% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
This is stated in the exchange's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In January-June 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 429 billion (196% of the level of the same period in 2024), or 82% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
In the structure of trades in June, the share of Ukrainian government bonds was 81% (UAH 62.2 billion, or 125% of the previous month's level), currency swaps – 15.4% (UAH 11.8 billion, or 130% of the previous month's level), bonds of foreign states – 2.9% (UAH 2.2 billion or 88% of the previous month's level), securities of collective investment institutions - 0.4% (UAH 0.4 billion or 173% of the previous month's level), corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 0.14% (UAH 0.1 billion or 19% of the previous month's level), bonds of foreign issuers - 0.01% (UAH 7.6 million), shares of Ukrainian issuers - 0.004% (UAH 3 million or 21% of the previous month's level), and shares of foreign issuers - 0.001% (UAH 1 million or 61% of the previous month's level).
In June, 8% of transactions were concluded on the "order market", 83% on the "quotation market" (including address transactions), 6% of transactions in the REPO and REPO "with risk control" modes, and 3% of transactions in the SWAP "with risk control" mode.
In June 2025, 41 trading participants concluded transactions with 91 securities issues (52 government domestic loan bonds, 8 government foreign loan bonds, 6 corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers, 2 shares of foreign states, 7 securities of collective investment institutions, 2 currency swaps, 11 shares of foreign issuers, 2 share of Ukrainian issuers, and 1 share of a Ukrainian issuer.
In January-June 2025, 47 trading participants concluded transactions with 158 securities issues. government domestic loan bonds - 68, government foreign loan bonds - 9, corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 14, bonds of foreign states - 23, shares of foreign issuers - 23, shares of Ukrainian issuers - 9, CII securities - 8, currency swaps – 2, and bonds of foreign issuers - 2.
Since June 17, 2024, trading in currency swaps began in the PFTS trading system.
In June 2025, transactions were concluded with currency swaps "US dollar - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: USDUAH) and "euro - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: EURUAH)
The total volume of trading in these swaps amounted to UAH 11.8 billion (15.4% of the total trading volume, or 130% of the previous month's level).
Among the 52 issues of government bonds with which transactions were concluded in June, 15 issues - with maturity dates in 2025 (UAH 12.2 billion), 18 issues - with maturity dates in 2026 (UAH 15.8 billion), 11 issues - with maturity dates in 2027 (UAH 14 billion), 6 issues - with maturity dates in 2028 (UAH 13.3 billion), and 2 issue - with maturity dates in 2029 (UAH 5.9 billion).
From July 26, 2022, trading in domestic government bonds of Ukraine denominated in foreign currency, in the currency of the nominal value, began on the PFTS.
In June 2025, the volume of exchange contracts with government bonds executed in the nominal currency amounted to USD 49.8 million and EUR 7.2 million (3.2% of the total trading volume).
As of July 1, 2025, the number of members of JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange" admitted to trading was 50: 29 banks and 21 financial companies.
410 issues of financial instruments were admitted to trading on JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange", of which 116 issues of securities were in the Exchange Register.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in May 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 82.5 billion (144% of the previous month's level), or 89% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
The PFTS index has been the official index of Ukraine in S&P Emerging Markets since 1997.
