Serhii Fedorenko has been appointed Commercial Director of the Naftogaz Group.
The company has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The statement says that he previously held a similar position at PJSC Ukrnafta, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of petroleum products, supply logistics, gas and electricity trading, management and development of the gas station network, as well as B2B fuel sales to corporate clients.
It is noted that Serhii has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Before Ukrnafta, he worked as Commercial Director of UkrGasVydobuvannya JSC (2015-2023), where he was also a member of the board.
In parallel, he headed Naftogaz Oil Trading in 2019-2022.
In 2022-2023, he served as a volunteer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The previous commercial director of Naftogaz Group, Dmytro Abramovych, is moving to the position of advisor to the chairman of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on June 18, the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine appointed two new members of the board - Oksana Volynets and Olena Artazei.
On April 28, Serhii Koretskyi was elected the new chairman of the board.
