On the night of July 4, facilities were attacked in the rostov and moscow oblasts, including the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant.
The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) Andrii Kovalenko reported this on his Telegram channel.
"Despite the difficult night, there is also good news. Facilities were attacked in russia, in particular in the moscow and rostov oblasts," he wrote.
According to him, the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant was hit.
This enterprise produces critical components for the russian army: sights, rangefinders, thermal imagers, fire control systems for tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, ships and even aircraft.
"This is where the "eyes" for russian armored vehicles are assembled," Kovalenko added.
Recall that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the nightly massive attack on Kyiv, stating that the aggressor country has once again demonstrated its unwillingness to "end war and terror" and "stupid destructive behavior."
Meanwhile, Trump said that he had not made any progress in negotiations with putin on Ukraine, commenting on the latest call.
