The owner of Foravto Tor LLC, Eduard Martynenko, who posted UAH 66 million of bail for Vice Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity Oleksii Chernyshov, said that he had heard about it for the first time.
He said this in a comment to Radio Liberty, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The largest part of the bail in the amount of UAH 66 million out of UAH 120 million for Chernyshov was posted by Foravto Tor LLC from Dnipro. This company was registered in April 2025 and specializes in wholesale trade in car parts. The sole director and owner of this company is Eduard Martynenko. He also manages and owns Dnipro company Kastombud LLC, which was established in June of this year and has a main activity - the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
In a comment to Schemes, Eduard Martynenko confirmed that he is the head of Foravto Tor, but that this is the first time he has heard about the bail being posted for the Vice Prime Minister by his company.
"This is the first time I have heard about it," Martynenko replied.
He noted that he knows nothing about it.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a bail of UAH 120 million was posted for Chernyshov. The High Anti-Corruption Court has refused to grant the petition to remove Oleksii Chernyshov from the post of Vice Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity of Ukraine
