Credit Europe Bank changed its name to Nexent Bank

Credit Europe Bank changed its name to Nexent Bank.

This is stated in the bank's announcement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On June 27, 2025, Credit Europe Bank officially changed its name to Nexent Bank. The bank continues its development under the new name," the announcement says.

For the bank's clients, nothing changes from an operational point of view due to the name change - all data, products and access remain unchanged.

The name change in Ukraine is a consequence of the rebranding of the parent bank, during which Credit Europe Bank was renamed Nexent Bank.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of the beginning of the year, the shareholder of Credit Europe Bank was the Dutch Credit Europe Bank N.V. with a share of 99.99%.
