Dnipro has once again recorded an increase in the number of victims after the massive missile strike that russia carried out on June 24. According to updated data, 21 people have already been killed.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported this on Telegram.
“The death toll from the missile attack on Dnipro carried out by the enemy on June 24 has increased. It claimed the lives of 21 people,” the head of the region noted.
Earlier, it was reported that 17 people had been killed and more than 270 injured in the attack. In the city of Samar, near Dnipro, two more people became victims of the strike. As of June 26, the death toll in Dnipro had risen to 20.
The missile attack hit civilian infrastructure, including educational, medical, and administrative buildings, and also damaged State Emergency Service facilities and a passenger train with over 500 passengers.
