In Lithuania, Ukrainian flag was stolen from building of Special Investigation Service

Yesterday, June 25, a Ukrainian flag with a flagpole was stolen from the building of the Special Investigation Service in Panevėžys.

This was reported by LRT with reference to the police.

Thus, according to the police department, at about 7:30 am it was noticed that a Ukrainian flag with a flagpole was stolen from the building in Panevėžys.

It is noted that the stolen flag was found on the same day at about 8:45 am on another street in the city. The damage is currently being assessed.

In the meantime, a pre-trial investigation into the violation of public order has been launched.
