Russia hits lyceum in Odesa Region with ballistic missiles. There are killed and wounded

On the afternoon of Monday, June 23, the aggressor country russia attacked a lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Region with ballistic missiles. The educational institution was destroyed, there were killed and wounded.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper have informed about this.

"An absolutely crazy strike by a Russian missile directly on a lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Region. According to preliminary data, it was a strike by a ballistic missile. There were no children in the lyceum - it's vacation time now. But there were lyceum employees. Unfortunately, there may be people under the rubble. Two deaths are already known. The lyceum is actually completely destroyed," Zelenskyy wrote.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, at least twelve injured people are currently known. Three of the injured are in serious condition. The other wounded, including two teenagers, are in moderate condition. They are being provided with all necessary medical assistance.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of June 23, the aggressor state russia attacked Ukraine with 368 air attack means, including 11 ballistic and 5 cruise missiles. Air defense forces neutralized 354 targets, including 10 ballistic missiles and all cruise missiles. The main direction of the enemy's attack was Kyiv. Direct hits were recorded in 6 locations.
