Yemeni Houthis (Ansar Allah group) have declared entering conflict of Israel and its allies against Iran on the side of the Islamic Republic. The Houthis have already threatened to attack allied ships in the Red Sea.
This is evidenced by Houthis' messages on social media and Al Jazeera.
Ansar Allah political bureau member Mohammed al-Farah told Al Jazeera that the Houthis intend to respond to US strikes on Iran.
According to him, the group is planning to attack American ships in the Red Sea in the first stage.
He added that the Houthis allegedly intend to wage hostilities until the US and its allies stop their aggression against Iran.
The Houthis published a message on the social network X (Twitter) announcing the start of hostilities.
"Yemen will officially enter the war keep your ships away from our territorial waters," it says.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on June 22, US President Donald Trump said that US forces had launched a series of strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.
As Fox News later reported, US forces attacked facilities in Fordow, Isfahan and Natanz using bunker-busting bombs and Tomahawk missiles.
As we will recall, NBC News wrote that the Trump administration is expecting Iran to retaliate against US forces in the Middle East within 48 hours.
