The grouping of Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been created, which will unite all military units of the USF and the Drone Line. This was stated in a message from the USF Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Friday, June 20.
The USF grouping of the AFU was created to increase the efficiency of management and transform the use of drones to modern requirements of war. The grouping unites all military units of the USF and the Drone Line. The commander of the USF is Robert "Magyar" Brovdi.
"For the first time, the units will operate within a single vertical of control - with a defined structure, clear interaction and a common vision of the tactics of using UAVs. This will ensure the implementation of unified approaches, coordination of actions and more systematic combat use of unmanned systems," the message says.
Most of the grouping's units are already operating at the front. The Command called this decision one of the key stages of the 100-day development plan of the USF.
