As of Thursday morning, June 20, the presence of a russian missile carrier with Kalibr missiles was recorded in the Black Sea, which poses a potential threat of a missile attack on the territory of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As noted in the report, at 06:00 am, one russian ship capable of carrying up to six Kalibr cruise missiles was in the Black Sea.
At the same time, no enemy ships have been detected in the Sea of Azov at this time. There are two russian ships in the Mediterranean Sea, but neither of them has cruise missiles on board.
It is also reported that over the past 24 hours, 16 ships have passed through the Kerch Strait in the interests of russia:
to the Black Sea - 9, of which 7 headed towards the Bosphorus;
to the Sea of Azov – 7, of which 4 arrived from the Bosphorus.
The Navy emphasizes that russia continues to ignore the requirements of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) of 1974, turning off automatic identification systems on its ships.
