Organizers of the NATO summit in The Hague are carefully planning the protocol to prevent conflicts between US President Donald Trump and other leaders.
According to The Telegraph, interaction between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be limited due to the risk of a public quarrel.
There will also be no meetings of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, which coordinates Western military assistance to Kyiv, or the "coalition of the willing" - an Anglo-French initiative to police any ceasefire.
The NATO summit will be held on June 24-25, 2025 at the World Forum conference center in The Hague. This will be the first NATO summit in the Netherlands and the first under the chairmanship of the new Secretary General Mark Rutte.
