Russia attacks Zaporizhzhia with strike drones, police officers injured in attack

On the night of June 14, the russian federation attacked Zaporizhzhia with Shahed strike drones, two police officers were injured.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram.

It is reported that according to updated information, 14 enemy Shaheds attacked Zaporizhzhia.

"Two police officers were injured. Medics are providing them with all necessary assistance. A humanitarian enterprise got on fire from the Russian shelling. Cars, a store and a public transport stop were damaged. The blast wave broke out windows in high-rise buildings," the head of the Regional Military Administration reported.

Fedorov also spoke about the condition of the injured police officers after the attack and assured that the police officers are receiving all necessary assistance.

"The police officers injured in the morning enemy attack are under medical supervision. Two law enforcement officers received shrapnel wounds to their limbs during the UAV strike. Their condition is assessed by doctors as moderate," the report says.

In particular, the Regional Military Administration reports that during the morning attack, the russians hit a parking lot, and more than 10 cars burned as a result of the strike.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of Friday, June 13, russian troops launched 55 drones and 4 ballistic missiles over the territory of Ukraine, the Air Defense Forces managed to shoot down 28 UAVs, and another 15 drones were located and lost/suppressed by electronic warfare means.
